JBL's N24 II bookshelf speakers are perfect for small systems, backroom use, or for service as rear left/right surround speakers in a home theater ensemble. Benefiting from JBL's acclaimed speaker technologies, the speakers are equipped to handle up to 100 watts per channel with ease and efficiency, and even the lowest-powered integrated amplifiers should have no trouble driving them. The speakers' 2-way design maximizes bass output through a 4-inch PolyPlas cone woofer working in concert with a flared, FreeFlow port that minimizes "chuffing" for seamless, integrated bass. High frequencies chime from .75-inch titanium-laminate dome tweeters.
JBL's Straight-Line Signal Path (SSP) crossover at 3 kHz uses minimal, high-grade electronics to ensure transparent, uncolored sonic transitions between the drivers. The speakers offer sturdy, 5-way binding-post speaker terminals and are video shielded for distortion-free placement near your television.
The speakers may be wall-mounted, but mounting hardware is not included. This product is not intended for ceiling mounting.

High-temperature, oversized Kapton voice coil and HeatScape motor structure allow these speakers to effortlessly play all types of movies and music. The FreeFlow flared port increases bass response without adding unwanted port noise. JBL's custom-designed drivers allow the use of simple, Straight-Line Signal Path (SSP) crossover networks with high-quality electrical components that minimize processing that could degrade the signal. Wall-mount brackets are included.
